Produces Fruit in Fall

Origin Date: Excelsior, MN 1960

This fruit tree produces juicy red apples great for preserving, baking and eating. They produce white flowers with a tinge of pink in spring while the leaves turn yellow in fall. It will grow 12-18 inches after its’ first year in the ground and will produce fruit in 3 years! Because they are not self fertile, Honeycrisps require a cross pollinator to be planted near them (within 100 feet) such as a Granny Smith, Pink Lady, or Fuji Apple.
