The Royal Raindrops Crabapple produces stunning pinkish-red blossoms in Spring with purple foliage all year round. The fruit will be red/purple when ripe in the Winter. The crabapples are a good food source for birds during the Winter into Spring. The leaves turn red in Fall and will fall from the tree. It is important to note that the leaves, stems, and seeds of crabapple trees can be toxic to dogs, cats, and horses.
